H-2A Wage Rates Rising More Than 4% Nationally in 2025 With California Reaching $19.97/hr


Last week, the Federal Register announced that the H-2A minimum wage is set to increase by an average of 4.47% nationally in 2025, with the new average hourly rate being $17.74 per hour.


This means most states will see a rise in their H-2A minimum wage, with California reaching $19.97 per hour, up from $19.75 per hour, and Hawaii having the highest rate at $20.08 per hour.
