USDA Issues Solicitation for Section 32 Purchase of Almonds, Pistachios, & Walnuts

Yesterday, the USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) issued multiple solicitations for the purchase of almonds, walnuts, and pistachios for Section 32.


The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) invites offers to sell Section 32 Almonds pursuant to the AMS Master Solicitation for use in the National School Lunch Program and other Federal Food and Nutrition Assistance Programs. Acceptances will be announced by midnight, on February 20, 2024. Deliveries are to be made between April 15, 2024-August 31, 2024.
