Last week, Madera, California-based manufacturer, Westside Equipment Company acquired VMECH Technology. Westside welcomed the Fresno-based manufacturer of state-of-the-art vineyard technology to their family of premier farming equipment on June 2, 2023.

VMECH Technologies is a Fresno-based company that pioneered the versatile Chariot, a mechanized vineyard pruning machine that combines modern technology with old-school mechanical infrastructure to provide a new revolutionary tool unseen in the grape industry.
